Student Council Elections

Hey Class of 2020!

I know many of you were hesitant to participate in the elections because I elected to do it online. And I get it, new things are scary but you can't be afraid to think outside of the box. Thanks to the sophomores brave enough to send in their videos. You all did a great job!

It is my pleasure to present to you the sophomores that are running for a class office.

Click on the links and watch the campaign videos for each candidate. After you watch each video and/or read the speech go to Google Classroom and place your vote.

Class President:

Vice President:
Shaphan Callahan

Secretary:
Amayah Mikell

Vote for me for Class Secretary!

Half of you probably don't know me and the other half know the face and know the name. From the first day I came to University, I knew I wanted to become more involved. There haven't been many chances for me to fulfill leadership roles but starting now I'm going to play my part in making the school a better place.

For those who know me it probably won't surprise you that I'm running for Secretary. As the sophomore class secretary, I will strive to continue to make improvements for every student in the sophomore class of 2020. As the Secretary I would work side-by-side with the student body and the administrators to ensure that students are notified about all the events throughout the year. I'll make sure that you have a memorable year.

So today I'm asking you to vote me, Amayah Mikell, as class secretary. Should you elect me, I will listen to your concerns and work hard for you. Thank you

Kamill Dawkins
Treasurer:
Z'mariah Schaffer-White
